Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product supplied to you please notify us within 7 calendar days.

1. We will then address the complaint in the following way:
2. Establish reason for the dissatisfaction with the product.
3. Contact customer for a free and full exchange. We will collect free of charge
4. Customer can opt for the same product or different product to the same value to the original
   order.
5. FirewoodFarm will ensure that the return and swapping of the product will happen within a reasonable time. Please note that in-season returns may take longer.

Refunds

1. In the unlikely event that you are still not satisfied with the outcome proposed the following will apply.
2. Notify Firewoodfarm within 7 calender days of a refund.
   Firewoodfarm will collect all products supplied free of charge
3. The customer will receive the full credit within a certain amount of days, depending on yourcard issuer’s policies.
